The 19th China International Industrial Textile Fabrics and Nonwoven Fabrics Exhibition came to a successful conclusion.

From September 1st to 3rd, the 19th China International Industrial Textile Fabrics and Nonwoven Fabrics Exhibition (CINTE26) was held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. Yancheng Ruize Pigment Motherbatch Co., Ltd. made an appearance at booth W3F53, showcasing its nano high-dispersed pigment motherbatch, functional flame retardant, and weather-resistant special series pigment motherbatch products. They gathered with industry colleagues and overseas customers at the grand event, deeply exchanging ideas around the coloring requirements in the industrial textiles and nonwoven fabrics fields, and successfully completing this exhibition task.

The three-day exhibition was a concentrated review of color, technology, and quality. With "color" as the medium, Ruize not only demonstrated the accumulation of wet-process ultra-fine grinding and nano ultra-dispersed coating technologies, but also had a face-to-face in-depth conversation with industry colleagues.

PART. 01 Natural color reveals itself, technical accumulation at the micro level

At booth W3F53, Ruize meticulously decorated the exhibition area, orderly displaying various functional pigment motherbatch samples suitable for nonwoven fabrics and synthetic fibers, visually presenting the technical accumulation of the company in high-dispersed coloring and functional modification directions. The exhibition board focused on themes such as fiber empowerment, quality coloring, and process advantages, clearly presenting Ruize's one-stop pigment motherbatch supporting service capabilities. The artistry of pigment motherbatch often lies in the invisible details. Whether the pigment is evenly dispersed in the resin or whether color spots or broken fibers occur during spinning, these are often revealed as soon as the machine starts. These minute details test the level of a company's process. 

From synthetic fiber pigment motherbatch, nonwoven fabric-specific motherbatch, to functional flame retardant and weather-resistant motherbatch, what was displayed was not only products but also an in-depth understanding of different resin systems, different processing techniques, and end-application scenarios.

During the exhibition period, the clean and elegant booth attracted many visitors. Staff members, in combination with product examples, explained the selection points under different working conditions on-site, and had detailed communication with customers about actual pain points such as dispersion, weather resistance, and flame retardancy, allowing visitors to intuitively experience the application value of the products.

During the exhibition, Ruize's booth at W3F53 received a special attention - Chen Xinwei, the president of the China Chemical Fiber Industry Association, and Li Guimei, the president of the China Industrial Textile Association, visited the booth and exchanged views with the company's team and took photos for commemoration. This attention was a recognition of Ruize's over two decades of deep dedication to pigment motherbatch, and it was also the most precious memory of this exhibition.

PART. 02 Guests flocking, in-depth exchanges among overseas and domestic customers

The exhibition is both a showcase of products and a live venue for industry conversations. Mr. Ni of the company led the exhibition, receiving domestic new and old customers and industry partners throughout the process, discussing topics such as market trends, project cooperation details, and customized development in-depth. In the process of communication, they explored cooperation opportunities and further consolidated the long-term mutual trust relationship established.

Facing the questions of visitors, the technical team patiently answered with professional expertise. From the softness and skin-friendly properties of nonwoven fabrics, to the weather resistance and low-VOC emissions of synthetic fibers, each specific requirement corresponded to a set of feasible solutions. Wang General Manager focused on connecting with overseas customers, introducing Ruize's pigment motherbatch product system, production control, and delivery capabilities, and responded to customers' concerns about product performance parameters, customized development, and delivery cycle in detail.

Despite language differences, the common pursuit of high-quality color and functional materials made communication always smooth. These exchanges not only expanded Ruize's application boundaries but also brought new inspirations for subsequent research and development directions. There were both old friends catching up and reminiscing, and new customers visiting out of curiosity. Based on the actual production scenarios of non-woven fabrics and industrial textiles, both parties exchanged opinions. Each conversation laid the groundwork for the subsequent cooperation.
