At present, SMMMS non-woven fabrics used for the production of sanitary materials and health care materials are based on Polypropylene (PP) as the base material in more than 95% of domestic and foreign markets. Therefore, the use of pigments as non-woven masterbatch is preferred. In the production of SMMMS non-woven fabrics, the spinning temperature is between 220°C and 250°C, and the selected pigments are resistant to high temperatures. The temperature of the pigments is higher than this temperature.
These pigments can meet the requirements of temperature and light fastness during the spinning process. When the non-woven masterbatch with pigment content of 40% is produced, the spinnability of ordinary chemical fiber and spun-bonded non-woven fabrics are all satisfied. No problem, can meet the use requirements. When used in SMMMS, it was discovered that the replacement cycle time of the components of the non-woven fabrics is short, and frequent screen exchanges have seriously affected the production yield and the quality of the products. Therefore, we use pigment dispersion to produce SMMMS non-woven masterbatch.
