It was learned from the Department of Industry and Information Technology of the Autonomous Region: From January to April, the industrial added value of 2958 industrial enterprises above designated size increased by 3.3% year-on-year, showing a trend of “stable operation, recovery of investment, and good quality”.

In terms of industrial investment, among the 10 key industries, six industries including textiles, building materials, electric power, coal, chemicals and petroleum maintained growth; among the 14 regions (states and municipalities), 11 regions (states and municipalities) maintained growth.

It is understood that in the first four months of this year, industrial investment in our district continued to maintain a rising trend. All localities (states, cities) and industrial parks actively promoted the construction of the project. Industrial investment increased by 50.3 percentage points over the same period of the previous year, and maintained positive growth for three consecutive months. There are 50 major projects in the industrial and information fields of the autonomous region. In 2019, it plans to invest 36.3 billion yuan and has completed an investment of 8.1 billion yuan. In the first four months of this year, PetroChina Urumqi Petrochemical Company, SAIC Volkswagen (Xinjiang) Automobile Co., Ltd., TBEA Co., Ltd., Goldwind Technology Co., Ltd. and other industrial enterprises above designated size with higher income from their main businesses implemented improvements. There are 198 technological transformation projects for technology, quality improvement and efficiency improvement, with a total investment of 30.6 billion yuan and an investment of 6.5 billion yuan.

This year, the industrial investment in the autonomous region also showed a “growth” signal of economic structural changes, and the main driving force of manufacturing investment is positively driven by innovation. From the statistical data, the investment in the new kinetic energy field is active, especially the investment in emerging industries represented by new materials has become a hot spot for investment. Nowadays, the conditions for the high-quality development of the autonomous region's economy are accumulating. A number of green integration projects such as “zero discharge of real production wastewater in the chlor-alkali industry” have become the leading model of green manufacturing that can be replicated and promoted in China, and the construction of green manufacturing system has achieved initial success. At present, our district has built 94 autonomous regional green factories, 4 green parks and 5 green supply chain management demonstration enterprises. At the same time, the autonomous region actively carried out industrial Internet, Internet + real economy work, initially formed on the basis of software and information technology services, with electronic information manufacturing and communication services as growth points, with Internet of Things, cloud computing, big data, electronics Business drives the development of converged applications.

This year, our district should continue to do a good job in industrial and technological transformation investment, sort out the technical transformation projects to be implemented by the top 200 industrial enterprises with the main business income in 2019, and propose 50 major projects with strong industry influence and large investment. Establish key project leadership contact assistance mechanisms, strengthen tracking services, and focus on solving difficulties encountered in project operation.
