Ruize new products

Ruize launches wet grinding technology to produce polyester masterbatch

Conventional production of masterbatch, often high-mix extrusion granulation or dense extrusion granulation masterbatch, especially black polyester masterbatch production process is even more so. This process has always had the following problems:

1. The production environment is extremely poor. Although many equipment companies are equipped with carbon black dust-free feeding bins and measuring feeds, it is difficult to eliminate the limitations of feeding dust.

2. Filtration performance is difficult to guarantee. Due to the material properties of PET and the extrusion process, it is impossible to carry out high-mesh filter filtration during extrusion granulation, and only by the production control stability of the extruder and the product filter performance test to ensure the masterbatch quality. It is bound to be a bit resigned. Therefore, for the production of microfiber or FDY, the quality is obviously not enough.

3, color fastness is always difficult to guarantee.

Ruize wet grinding produces polyester masterbatch, which is the first in the world.

main feature:

(1) The coloring material must be wet-ground and coated with a super dispersant so that the coloring material does not agglomerate during subsequent granulation and spinning. The fineness of the coloring material ensures the filtration performance of the spinning and the stability of the spinning, and the filter press performance test can achieve the 3000 mesh test.

(2) Good compatibility with PET materials. It can improve the CV% value of the colored fiber, improve the fiber strength and elongation at break, and improve the light fastness, soaping fastness and abrasion fastness of the fiber.

(3) It can be adapted to the spinning of different viscosity sections.

(4) The production environment has improved significantly. It can achieve no waste dust emission, smokeless discharge and no waste water discharge.
