In actual spinning applications, the addition ratio of masterbatch and spinning processing technology should be adjusted according to different monofilament size, filament shape and slicing properties (including gloss or extinction), etc. It is recommended to control the temperature at 280~295℃. Polyester masterbatch has strong hygroscopicity. It is recommended to pre-dry it before use to prevent excessive water from being brought into the melt and affecting processing quality.
